Die "Masseria Barnabei", umgeben von einem herrlichen Garten und angrenzend an einen Olivenhain, wurde 1995 restauriert indem, wo immer es möglich war, Original-Materialien verwendet und antike Einrichtungsgegenstände verwendet wurden. Die Wohnungen, unabhängig und mit Heizug ausgestattet, bieten eine herrliche Aussicht auf das adriatische Meer und das abruzzesische Appenninen-Gebirge. Die Apartments sind alle unterschiedlich, doch haben sie eines gemeinsam: die Sorgfalt in den Details und die Wärme des Ambientes. Wenn man im Herbst die Fenster an der Ostseite dieses Hauses öffnet, kann man die saftigen Brustbeeren eines Jahrhunderte alten Baumes pflücken. Die Struktur des Hauses unterstreicht die familiäre Atmosphäre aber gleichzeitig ist sie geräumig genug, um die Privacy der Gäste zu wahren. Die Anlage bietet ausserdem: Swimming-Pool, einen kleinen Fitness-Raum, Bocciabahn, Fernsehraum mit Sat-TV und Video-Audio-Anlage, eine kleine Bibliothek mit Informationen über die Abruzzen, Wäscherei, Mountain Bikes.

La Masseria Barnabei, circondata da un favoloso giardino ed attigua ad un oliveto, è stata ristrutturata nel 1995 usando, quando possibile, i materiali originali e recuperando elementi di arredo antichi. Gli appartamenti, autonomi e dotati di riscaldamento, godono la vista del mare Adriatico e degli Appennini Abruzzesi. Sono uno diverso dall'altro ma ciò che li accomuna è l'accuratezza nei particolari e nel calore degli ambienti. Aprendo le finestre ad est di questa casa, in autunno, si colgono le succose giuggiole di un albero centenario. Il portico favorisce la familiarità e la conoscenza reciproca ma, nello stesso tempo, è ampio in modo da garantire la privacy di tutti. La struttura offre inoltre: piscina, mini palestra, campo di bocce, sala TV Sat video-audio, piccola libreria sull'Abruzzo, angolo lavanderia, mountain bikes.

The farm-house "Masseria Barnabei", surrounded by a fabulous garden and standing close to an olive grove, was renovated in 1995, using original materials wherever possible and incorporating antique elements. The apartments, which are all independent and fully heated, have a view over the Adriatic sea and the Apennine mountains of Abruzzi. Each apartment is different from the others, but they all have in common the care taken in their equipment and the warmth and hospitality of their rooms. When opening the windows on the eastern side of this "home" in the Autumn, You can even pick the succulent fruit of a century-old jujube tree standing close to the house. The covered porch encouraches inmates to get to know each other, but at the same time it is large enough to guarantee privacy for all.
