Das antike Landhaus ist seit 1820 in Familienbesitz; durch eine sorfältige Restaurierung entstanden 7 grosse Gästezimmer mit Klimaanlage und Sat-TV, sowie ein charakteristisches Restaurant. Die Anlage gehört zu einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb mit ca. 100 ha Land, auf dem hauptsächlich Obst und Gemüse angebaut und Vieh gezüchtet wird; daher kommt ein grosser Teil der Lebensmittel, die im Restaurant zubereitet werden, aus dem eigenen Betrieb. Den Gästen stehen ein schöner Swimming-Pool, sowie ein Kinderspielplatz zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Ausflüge zu Pferd oder mit dem Mountain-Bike und bietet die Möglichkeit, in engen Kontakt mit der Natur zu leben. Die Anlage befindet sich in der Mitte des Vomano-Tals, nur wenige Kilometer von den Stränden der Adria entfernt und am Fusse des Gran Sasso-Gebirges und dem gleichnamigen Nationalpark.

Antico casale di proprietà della famiglia dal 1820, nel quale sono state ricavate sette ampie stanze, con climatizzatore e televisione satellitare ed una suggestiva sala ristorante. La struttura è inserita in un azienda agricola di circa cento ettari di terreno con prevalente indirizzo ortofrutticolo e di allevamento di bestiame che consente la disponibilità di una vasta gamma di materie prime per la cucina tradizionale e genuina. L'agriturismo offre agli ospiti un'accogliente piscina, il parco giochi per i più piccoli. Escursioni a cavallo ed in mountainbike ed il contatto con la natura e gli animali. Ci troviamo al centro della vallata del Vomano a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge del mare Adriatico ed ai piedi del complesso montuoso del Gran Sasso d'Italia e dell'omonimo Parco Nazionale.

This old farmhouse owned by the Family since 1820 has been restructured to form seven spacious room and a charming restaurant, all air-conditioned and fitted with satellite TV. The structure is situated in the 300 acre fruit, vegetable and cattle breeding farm which provides an ample  supply of products for a wholesome and traditional cuisine. The farmhouse has also a swimming pool and a park with games for small children. Excursions on horseback or mountainbike  are also available providing pleasant contact with nature and with the animals. The farm is to be found in the Vomano Valley, just a few kilometres from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic sea and at the foot of the Gran Sasso chain of mountains and the National Park bearing the same name.
