Das Hotel Venezia, von Grund auf renoviert und umgebaut, liegt in der Nähe des Meeres, nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Es bietet seinen Gästen Zimmer mit jeglichem Komfort: SAT-TV, Klimaanlage, Safe, Telefon mit Direktwahl, Balkon, Badezimmer mit Duschbox, WC und Fön. Ausserdem verfügt es über einen gemütlichen klimatisierten Speisesaal, Bar Rezeption und Fernsehraum. Ein moderner Aufzug, Parkplatz, Garage und Privatstrand sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet, typisch abruzzesische Küche mit Menüwahl, sowie Salatbuffet bei Mittag- und Abendessen. Das Hotel wird von der Familie des Besitzers persönlich geführt.

Inoltre dispone di un'ampia sala ristorante, bar, reception, sala TV climatizzati, ascensore moderno, parcheggio e garage privato. Prima colazione a buffet, cucina tipica abruzzese con menu a scelta, buffet di verdure pranzo e cena. Spiaggia privata, gestione curata e diretta personalmente dai proprietari.
