Die Kellerei Ripa Teatina entstand im Jahre 1969 durch den Einsatz von ca. 30 Landwirten, deren Ziel es war, einen Sammelpunk für die Reben zu schaffen, die in der eigenen Gemeinde und dem umliegenden Gebiet geerntet wurden. Heute zählt Ripa Teatina mehr als 500 Mitglieder, mit Weinfeldern in den Gemeinden Ripa Teatina, Francavilla al Mare, Bucchianico und Chieti. Aus diesen Trauben einstehen sowohl unser "Aushängeschild", der Montepulciano d'Abruzzo D.O.C., als auch Qualitätsweine wie Chardonnay, Trebbiano D'Abruzzo D.O.C., Merlot, Pecorino und viele mehr. Ripa Teatina hat erst vor einigen Jahren begonnen, Weine herzustellen, aber bereits bedeutende nationale und internationale Auszeichnungen für ihre Produkte erhalten. All das ist das Ergebnis von harter Arbeit, Leidenschaft und Liebe zu unseren Produkten und unserem Land.

La cantina di Ripa nasce dalla volontà di un gruppo di circa trenta agricoltori di creare un punto di raccolta delle uve coltivate nel proprio comune e nei centri limitrofi. Oggi la Cantina conta più di cinquecento associati che coltivano i vigneti nei comuni di Ripa Teatina, Francavilla al Mare, Bucchianico e Chieti e conferiscono le uve in cantina, molte delle quali destinate a produrre il nostro fiore all'occhiello: il Montepulciano D'Abruzzo D.O.C.; altre danno origine al nostro Chardonnay, al nostro Trebbiano D'Abruzzo D.O.C., Merlot, Pecorino e molti altri vini. La Cantina di Ripa ha cominciato ad imbottigliare solo da pochi anni ed i nostri vini sono già stati premiati con diversi riconoscimenti nazionali e internazionali. Tutto ciò è frutto del lavoro, della passione e dell'amore che i nostri produttori dedicano alla coltivazione dei loro vigneti.

The winery of Ripa Teatina was born in 1969 by the will of about thirty farmers who wanted to create a common place for grapes cultivated on their own area, Ripa Teatina, in Francavilla al Mare, Bucchianico and Chieti. The Hills where the vineyards grow have a clayey nature and the particolar local climate, due to the proximity of the sea and mountains, sunny days and fresh nights, guarantees the special production of our prestigious brands. Our most important wines are Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, Chardonnay, Trebbiano, Merlot, Pecorino and many others. This is the fruit of the work, the passion and love that our producers give to the cultivation of their vineyards. They work with a high technological plant, but they ever follow the ancient local traditions, taught from fathers to sons. The winery Ripa Teatina begun to bottle only some years ago and our wines have already received many awards. Our wines are born from the love for our land.
