Die biologische Oase "Deranza" ist ein Landgut das 130.000 qm umfasst. Nur wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt (1800 m) liegt diese Residenz auf einer Höhe von 150 Metern und wird kultiviert mit Orangenbäumen, Olivenhainen und Gemüseanpflanzungen. Unsere landwirtschaftlichen Produkte werden alle nicht chemisch behandelt und sind deswegen wirklich natürlich und gut. Inmitten eines jahrhundertealten Olivenhains liegen unsere netten freistehenden Bungalows. Sie sind ausgestattet mit einer eigenen Küche. Sie werden sich in einem typisch mediterranem Mittelmeergarten wiederfinden mit einem ruhigen Ambiente und unverwechselbaren natürlichen Düften. Weitere Einrichtungen: Bar, Spiele, TV und Kinderspielplatz. Eingerahmt von Zitronenbaumen liegt ein Swimmingpool, ein Tennisplatz und ein Mini-Fitnessraum.

Deranza è una fattoria che sorge su una collina a 150 metri di altitudine, da dove è possibile godere di un panorama d'incomparabile bellezza che spazia dalla vicina Tropea fino alle Isole Eolie. Dista dal mare (1,8 Km) pochi minuti, è immerso in un oasi biologica di 130 mila mq coltivati ad aranceti, uliveti ed ortaggi. Il residence è composto da 20 bungalows dotati d'angolo cottura sparsi in un secolare oliveto. L'ambiente che lo circonda è un rigoglioso giardino mediterraneo, naturale e silenzioso adatto a chi vuole fare della propria vacanza un momento di completa tranquillità vivendo nella natura, con la natura, per la natura oltre il mare. Rustico ed agreste, è in ogni caso dotato di confort e attrezzature per il tempo libero, punto ritrovo per incontrarsi la sera con bar, giochi e TV, un attrezzato parco giochi per bambini, tennis e mini palestra fra i limoni e la piscina.

"Deranza" is an organic farm situated on a hill, at 150 m over the sea level; here you can enjoy an incredible view from the nearby Tropea to the Eolic Islands. The holiday farm is at a few minutes from the sea (1,8 km) and surrounded by 130000 sqm with orange trees, olive groves and vegetables. The Residence has 20 bungalows with kitchenette. In the beautiful mediterranean garden you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the nature with its' typical scients and coloures. Other services: bar, games and TV, playground for children, tennis and small fitness area between lemon trees and the swimming pool.
