"Residence Limoneto" befindet sich nur weinge Hundert Meter von Capo Vaticano und 200 m vom Meer entfernt und ist umgeben von einem duftenden Garten mit Zitronenbäumen und tropischen Pflanzen. Die Residence "Limoneto New" besteht aus 22 neuen Ferienwohnungen, die elegant eingerichtet und mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet sind. Sie liegt auf 50.000 qm Land, 450 m vom Meer und nur 250 m von der "Residence Limoneto" entfernt (wo sich die Rezeption und die Bar befinden) und zu dem alle Gäste von "Limoneto New" Zugang über eine Treppe mit 130 Stufen haben. Die Ferienwohnungen der "Residence Limoneto" sind gemauert und verfügen über 1 oder 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum mit Kochnische (mit Geschirr und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach), Badezimmer mit Dusche, Direktwahl-Telefon, TV sowie Veranda oder Balkon mit Sonnenschirm. Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Küchentücher stehen nicht zur Verfügung.

A poche centinaia di metri da Capo Vaticano, gestito direttamente dal proprietario si trova il “Residence Limoneto”, immerso in un profumato giardino di limoni e piante tropicali, a 200 metri dal mare. La struttura dispone dei seguenti servizi: bar, piscina, sala TV, animazione, parcheggio interno recintato ed incustodito, piccola area giochi per bambini, area barbecue e lavatrice a gettoni. Possibilità di escursioni alle Isole Eolie e nei luoghi archeologici della Calabria. Il Residence “Limoneto New” è composto da 22 appartamenti di nuova costruzione arredati in modo elegante e dotati di ogni comfort. E’ situato in una area di 50.000 mq. a 450 metri dalla spiaggia ed a soli 250 metri dal Residence Limoneto (dove sono situate la reception la piscina e il bar) al quale tutti i clienti del Residence Limoneto New possono accedere tramite una scalinata interna di 130 scalini. Gli appartamenti del “residence Limoneto” sono tutti in muratura con 1 o 2 camere da letto, dispongono di soggiorno con angolo cottura (dotato di stoviglie e frigorifero con celletta freezer, bagno con doccia, telefono diretto, TV (con sky Base e Sport), e veranda (o balcone) attrezzati ed un ombrellone da asporto. Biancheria da letto/bagno/cucina non sono a disposizione.

The family run “Residence Limoneto” is situated just a few hundred metres from Capo Vaticano. Set in a garden with lemon trees and tropical plants, “Limoneto” is only 200 metres away from the sea. The reception, bar and swimming pool are all centrally situated as well as the main entertainment area. Other services: bar with TV room next to the swimming pool, fenced car park, small playground for children, barbecue area, washing machine (to pay with coins). Excursions to the Aeolian Islands and archeological sites in Calabria can be arranged. The “New Limoneto” residence is a new building with 22 confortable and elegantly furnished apartments. It' s situated on 50,000 square metres of land, just 450 metres from the sea and 250 metres from the “Residence Limoneto” where the reception, bar and swimming pool can be reached by a stair of 130 steps. The “Residence Limoneto” is a brick and cement building; the apartments have one or two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette (equipped with crockery and fridge with small freezer compartment), bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, TV and a furnished veranda or balcony (beach umbrella included). Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is not provided.
