Fattoria Paradiso trug früher den Namen Castello Ugarte Lovatelli und befindet sich auf einem sonnigen Hügel, direkt neben der mittelalterlichen Ortschaft Bertinoro. Die beiden Landhäuser "Cascina dei Giaggioli" und "Cascina Giardino", von denen sich eines im Tal befindet und das andere auf dem Hügel, wurden unter Berücksichtigung der originalen Architektur renoviert und bieten nun 14 komfortable Wohneinheiten. Insgesamt kann die Anlage 20 Gäste in 12 Zimmern und 6 Apartments mit 1 bis 3 Schlafzimmern beherbergen. Die Zimmer sind behindertengerecht ausgestattet und elegant eingerichtet. Sie verfügen über Handtuchwärmer, Haartrockner, Kühlschrank, sowie Dusche oder Badewanne. Ausserdem steht den Gästen ein Gemeinschaftsraum zur Verfügung.

La Fattoria Paradiso, già Castello Ugarte Lovatelli, si eleva su di un poggio solare che affianca la medioevale Bertinoro. Dalla ristrutturazione nel rispetto dell’architettura originaria di due rustici del 400 e 700 denominati “Cascina dei Giaggioli” e "Cascina Giardino”, ubicati l’uno a valle e l’altro a monte della Fattoria, sono stati ricavati 14 ambienti dotati di ogni servizio. La fattoria dispone di 20 posti letto, in 12 camere e 6 appartamenti da 1 a 3 camere da letto con servizi. Le camere sono attrezzate per ospitare persone disabili e non presentano barriere architettoniche. Le camere sono elegantemente arredate ed attrezzate di scalda asciugamani, phon, frigorifero in camera, doccia o vasca; a disposizione degli ospiti è inoltre una sala di soggiorno comune.

Fattoria Paradiso, also called Castello Ugarte Lovatelli in the past, is located on a sunny hill right next to the medieval village of Bertinoro. According to archives its origine would date as far back as the XV century, but some even think it dates from the Roman era. Since the reorganization of the fifteenth century and the eighteenth century country houses "Cascina Giaggioli" and "Cascina Giardino"(one is located in a valley and the other one is on the hill where also the farm is) there are 14 comfortable rooms and apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. All the rooms are equiped to accommodate diseabled persons. Our rooms are all elegantly furnished and include: hair-dryer, refrigerator, "towel warmer", shower or bathtube; Fattoria Paradiso also offers a common room where guests can relax.
