Residence Beach Paradise befindet sich nur 3 km vom historischen Zentrum von Rimini entfernt, an der Strandpromenade von Viserba, die im Sommer abends zur Fussgängerzone wird, mit Bars, Restaurants und vielerlei Geschäften. Die Apartments und Suiten verfügen über jeglichen Komfort: individuell einstellbare Klimaanlage und Heizung, kostenloser Wi-Fi Internetzugang, Safe, 2 Fernseher, Haartrockner, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit elektrischen Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, grossem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Bügelbrett. Die Residence ist behindertengerecht ausgestattet und verfügt über grosse Balkone und Terrassen mit Meerblick, Barbecue und Liegestühlen. Haustiere sind willkommen. Den Gästen stehen ausserdem zur Verfügung: Wäscherei mit Trockner, Fahrräder, Strandservice (ein Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegestühle im Preis inbegriffen), Animation und ärztliche Versorgung. Der Parkplatz und alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind videoüberwacht; rund um die Uhr Zugang zur Anlage mit elektronischer Keycard.

Il Residence Beach Paradise sorge direttamente sul lungomare di Viserba a soli 3 km dal centro storico di Rimini. La struttura si trova in zona pedonale notturna ricca di bar, ristoranti e negozi per lo shopping. Gli appartamenti e le suites sono dotati di ogni confort: aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomi, accesso internet wi-fi gratuito, cassaforte, 2 Tv, asciugacapelli, cucina completamente accessoriata con piano cottura elettrico, forno a microonde, ampio frigo congelatore ed asse da stiro. Il residence è attrezzato per i diversamente abili, dispone di ampi balconi e terrazzi con vista mare competi di barbecue e lettini prendisole. Animali domestici ammessi. A dispozione degli ospiti: lavanderia con asciugatrice, biciclette, spiaggia convenzionata inclusa nel prezzo (1 ombrellone e 2 sdraio per unità abitativa), animazione in spiaggia e servizio di guardia medica. Il parcheggio e tutte le aree comuni sono dotate di videosorveglianza e l'accesso al residence è garantito 24h tramite scheda elettronica.

Residence Beach Paradise is situated at only 3 km from the historical center of Rimini, on the beach promende of Viserba that becomes a pedestrian zone during the evenings of the summer season; in the area there are a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartments are equipped with every kind of comfort: individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi Internet access (free of charge), safe, 2 TVs, hairdryer, well equipped kitchenette with electric hot plates, microwave, big fridge with freezing compartment, ironing board. The residence is suitable for handicapped persons and has wide balconies and terraces with seaview, barbecue and deckchairs. Pets are welcome. At the disposal of our guestes there are moreover: laundry with clothes dryer, bikes, beach service (one sunshade and two deckchais included in the price), entertainment and medical care. The parking place and all of the common spaces are under video surveillance; access to the residence 24/24 with electric keycards.
