Der Agritourismus Podere 1248 befindet sich an der alten Trasse der Via Aurelia in Ladispoli, eine Ortschaft reich an Geschichte. Es ist der ideale Aufenthaltsort für diejenigen, die ihren Urlaub in Kontakt mit der Natur verbringen möchten, zwischen dem Meer und der jahrtausendalten Geschichte dieser gegend. Vom Landgasthof aus kann ein seltenes Beispiel eines befestigten Landhauses aus dem XIV. Jahrhundert bewundert werden. “Castellaccio dei Monteroni” war  Jahrhunderte lang eine Aufenthaltsstation für Boten, Reisende und Pilger, die auf der Via Aurelia reisten. Die Anlage verfügt über zehn Ein- und Zweizimmer-Wohnungen, die elegant ausgestattet sind. Die Unterkünfte bieten ein hohes Niveau, aber gleichzeitig eine enge Verbindung mit der örtlichen Landtradition. Jede Wohnung verfügt über Kochecke, privates Bad, Klimaanlage, Heizung und Fernsehen. Dank der günstigen Lage kann man zahlreiche bedeutende Orte schnell und bequem erreichen, wie z.B. Rom (35 km), Cerveteri (7 km), Bracciano (23 km), S. Severa (16 km).

L’Agriturismo Podere 1248 rappresenta la residenza ideale per coloro che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza a contatto con la natura, con i piaceri della campagna, il relax del mare e la bellezza della storia millenaria. Esso sorge sull’antico tracciato della Via Aurelia, che rappresenta un luogo ricco di storia. Innanzi all’agriturismo è possibile ammirare un raro esempio di casale fortificato costruito nel XIV sec. “Castellaccio dei Monteroni” il quale ha svolto per secoli la funzione di stazione di sosta per corrieri, viaggiatori e pellegrini che percorrevano la via Aurelia. Il terreno su cui la costruzione sorge appartiene alla famiglia Mari da generazioni come testimoniano i diversi testi di storia locale. Gli appartamenti offrono il massimo livello di confort mantenendo tuttavia uno stretto legame con la tradizione rurale locale. Ogni appartamento dispone di bagno privato, angolo cottura, aria condizionata, riscaldamento e televisione.

Podere 1248 is the ideal place for those who wish to spend a holiday in close contact with nature and the pleasures of the countryside, relaxing by the seaside and enjoying the charm of thousand-year-old history. The holiday farm overlooks a rare example of fortified country house dating back to the XIV. century, the “Castellaccio dei Monteroni”, which for centuries was a rest station for the messengers, travellers and pilgrims travelling along the Via Aurelia.
The holiday farm offers ten studio or two-room apartments; while offering maximum comfort, the apartments are in keeping with the local rural tradition. Each apartment offers kitchenette, private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and television. Podere 1248 is situated along the ancient route of the Via Aurelia, an area steeped in history and a strategic position, in the past as now, to reach in a short time splendid places of art and history, such as Rome (35 km), Cerveteri (7 km), Bracciano (23 km), S.
