Das Gebäude stammt aus der ersten Hälfte des XVI. Jahrhunderts und wurde seitdem mehrmals restauriert; früher war es Sitz der Familie Cima delle Stelle, Nachfahren der Adelsfamilie Cima, die päpstlichen Vikare von Cingoli. Die Lage des Hauses an der Hauptstrasse der Ortschaft ist besonders günstig: so befindet sich z.B. die Apotheke im Erdgeschoss, die Bank ist direkt gegenüber, zwei hervorragende Restaurants mit typischen Gerichten und Weinbar sind nur 100 m entfernt. Auch das Touristenbüro und Geschäfte jeder Art befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Ganz in der Nähe liegen das staatliche Museum für Archäologie, die Gemeindepinakothek und die Kirche S. Domenico, in der sich das berühmte Gemälde "La Madonna del Rosario" von L. Lotto befindet. Von der Anlage aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Stadtplatz von Cingoli, mit dem Gemeindepalast und der Kathedrale. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt sind die bedeutendsten antiken Bauwerke des Ortes; von der grossen, mittelalterlichen Terrasse aus hat man eine beeindruckende Aussicht auf die Landschaft bis hin zum Meer. Die Anlage bietet 3 Doppelzimmer mit privatem Bad, TV und Haartrockner.

Il Palazzo, edificato nella prima metà del XVI sec., più volte ristrutturato, fu la dimora della famiglia Cima delle Stelle, discendente dagli antichi e nobili Cima, Vicari pontifici di Cingoli. L’ubicazione dell’edificio sulla via principale della città, offre molte opportunità. Così, la farmacia al piano terra dello stesso palazzo, la banca di fronte e due ottimi ristoranti tipici con vineria a circa cento metri. L’Ufficio turistico e negozi di ogni tipo completano il panorama. Vicinissimo il Museo Archeologico Statale, la Pinacoteca Comunale e la Chiesa di S. Domenico, depositaria della famosa tela “La Madonna del Rosario” di L. Lotto. A vista, la piazza principale di Cingoli, con il Palazzo comunale e la Chiesa Cattedrale. Facendo due passi, si possono vedere i più importanti palazzi d’epoca e godere – da un’ampia terrazza medioevale – dell’immenso panorama sulla Regione e sul mare Adriatico. La struttura dispone di 3 camere doppie con bagno privato, TV in camera, phon.

The Building dates back to the first half of the 16th century, it was restored several times. It was the residence of the Cima delle Stelle family, descending from the ancient and noble Cima, papal vicar in Cingoli. The position of the building on the main road of the town offers many opportunities. The chemist’s is on the ground floor of the same construction , the bank is just opposite to it and a couple of good restaurants provided with wine-bar at about 109,36 yards. The tourist office and several kind of shops complete the offer. A short walk from the State Archaeological Museum, the Art Gallery and St. Domenico Church, which holds the famous painting “Madonna del Rosario e Santi” by Lorenzo Lotto. Very close to the main square of the town where are the Town Hall and the Cathedral. If you go for a walk you can easily reach and see other ancient buildings and be delighted at the view of the immense panorama of the Region and the Adriatic sea. The 3 rooms of the bed&breakfast have all private bathroom, TV and hairdryer.
