Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 300 m vom Meer entfernt, in einer ruhigen Gegend weitab von den stark befahrenen Strassen. Die Fussgängerzone befindet sich in 500 m Entfernung und ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen. Service: umzäunter Parkplatz mit elektrischem Tor, Strandservice (Sonnenschirm, ein Liegestuhl, eine Liege), Swimmingpool (16x12), Whirlpool, Liegen, Tische und Stühle rings um den Pool. Das Hotel bietet 22 Zimmer mit Telefon, Deckenventilator, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Haartrockner, Sicherheitsfach und TV. 19 Zimmer haben einen Balkon, 10 davon mit Meerblick. Auf Anfrage steht die Klimaanlage von 12 bis 8 Uhr morgens zur Verfügung. Die Küche wird direkt La cucina è curata personalmente dai proprietari. Die Mahlzeiten werden im klimatisierten Restaurant serviert. Das Menü bietet stets 3 erste und 3 zweite Gänge zur Wahl. Abends wird immer ein Fischmenü zur Wahl geboten. Kleine und mittelgrosse Haustiere sind willkommen.

L'hotel è situato a circa 300 m dal mare, in zona tranquilla e ventilata, fuori dalle vie di traffico. L‘isola pedonale di Marcelli è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi e dista circa 500 m. Servizi: parcheggio recintato e chiuso da cancello motorizzato, servizio spiaggia (ombrellone con un lettino e una sdraio), piscina (16x12), vasca idromassaggio, lettini prendisole, tavolini e sedie intorno alla piscina. L'hotel dispone di 22 camere dotate di telefono, ventola a soffitto, bagno privato con doccia e asciugacapelli, cassetta di sicurezza, tv-color. 19 delle 22 camere hanno il balcone, di cui 10 vista mare. Tutte con aria condizionata, a richiesta disponibile dalle 12 alle 8 del mattino dopo. I pasti sono serviti in ampia sala ristorante climatizzata. Nel menù viene proposta una scelta fra tre primi e tre secondi. Un menù di pesce sempre disponibile a cena. Si accettano cani di taglia piccola e media.

Services: fenced parking place with electric gate, beach service (sunshade, 1 deckchair, 1 sunbed) swimming-pool (16x12), whirlpool, sunbeds, tables and chairs around the pool. The hotel has 22 rooms with telephone, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, safe and TV. 19 rooms have a balcony, 10 of them with seaview. On request you can use air conditioning from 12 to 8 o’clock in the morning. The meals are served in the air conditioned restaurantl. The menus offer a choice of 3 first courses and 3 second courses. In the evening there’s always a menu with fish for choice. Small and middle sized pets are wellcome.
