An den Toren des antiken Gebietes von Otranto, umgeben von einer der authentischsten Landschaften Apuliens, befindet sich das Gutshaus "Masseria Baroni Nuovi", das zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts als landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb erbaut wurde. Masseria Baroni Nuovi bietet 13 unterschiedliche Gästezimmer, die alle geschmackvoll eingerichtet sind, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Stil und Details. So können wir Ihnen ein moderne Country-Ambiente bieten, das schlicht und gleichzeitig elegant ist. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über Klimaanlage, TV, Telefon und Wi-Fi Internet-Anschluss, sowie privates Badezimmer mit Dusche und Haartrockner. Die Anlage ist umgeben von 150 ha Land, auf dem unsere Gäste zwischen Olivenbäumen und Trockenmauern auf weissen Wegen spazierengehen oder mit den Rad fahren können. Weitere Einrichtungen: Restaurant, Swimmingpool, Bar, Garten und Sonnenterrasse.

Alle porte dell’antica Terra d’Otranto, immersa nel territorio più autentico della campagna pugliese, sorge la Masseria Baroni Nuovi, costruita nei primi del Novecento all’interno di un’azienda agricola. La Masseria Baroni Nuovi offre 13 diverse tipologie di camere, tutte piacevolmente arredate facendo particolare attenzione ad ogni minimo particolare, offrendo così un ambiente country moderno, sobrio ed elegante allo stesso tempo. Ogni stanza è dotata di aria condizionata, televisione, telefono, collegamento internet wi-fi e bagno con doccia, asciugacapelli e servizio cortesia. La Masseria Baroni Nuovi dispone di un’area di 150 ettari nei quali gli ospiti possono inoltrarsi lungo stradine bianche, ulivi e muretti a secco. I sentieri possono essere seguiti sia a piedi sia in bicicletta. Servizi: ristorante, piscina, bar, giardino e terrazzo solarium.

The holiday farm "Masseria Baroni Nuovi" is situated in the ancient territory of Otranto, surrounded by one of the most authentique rural landscapes of the Apulia region. The farmhouse has been built at the beginning of the 20th century and offers 13 guest rooms that are tastefully furnished, with particular attention for style and details. So we can offer our guests a modern country style atmosphere that is plain and elegant at the same time. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi Internet access and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The holiday farm is surrounded by 150 hectares of land with olive groves and white pathes, where our guests can walk or go by bike.
