Die "Masseria Sant'Angelo" liegt im Herzen der "Grecia Salentina" in Apulien – Süditalien, inmitten eines Olivenhaines am Ortsrand von Corigliano d'Otranto (14. Jh.), einem historischen Städtchen mit eigenem Schloss, dem Castello de' Monti. Die Anlage verfügt über 14 rustikal eingerichtete Häuschen und Zimmer mit eigener Veranda und Blick in's Grüne. Eines der Zimmer sowie eines der Häuschen ist besonders auf die Bedürfnisse von Rollstuhlfahrern ausgerichtet. Die Anordnung der Unterkünfte und die weiten Grünflächen ringsherum, bieten sowohl für den Ruhesuchenden als auch für Familien mit Kindern das richtige Umfeld. Die Anwesenheit unserer tierischen Freunde- Pferde, Esel, Ziegen, Hühner, Hunde und Katzen- lassen keinen Zweifel an einem echten Urlaub auf dem Lande aufkommen. Wie wäre es mit einer Runde Melken oder Ziegenhüten? Aus unserer biologischen Landwirtschaft können Sie Gemüse, Olivenöl, Oliven, Ricotta, Käse, Marmelade, Wein, Liköre, Tomatensauce, Wildgemüse und verschiedene Kräuter kosten. Geniessen Sie die traditionelle salentinische Küche, gepaart mit unseren eigenen Kreationen aus allem, was die Natur um uns herum hergibt. An einigen Abenden wird dazu die salentinische Volksmusik "Pizzica" gespielt. Unterm Olivenbaum lernt es sich leichter: Wir bieten individuellen Italienischunterricht an.

La Masseria Sant'Angelo è situata a 16 km dal mare, immersa in un uliveto secolare, si trova nel cuore della Grecìa Salentina, a ridosso di Corigliano d’Otranto, un paese di notevole interesse storico con il suo borgo antico e il Castello de' Monti. La struttura dispone di 14 camere e casette indipendenti (di cui una adatta ai diversamente abili) semplici ma confortevoli, tutti dotati di verande. La disposizione degli alloggi e i grandi spazi garantiscono ad ogni amante della vita in campagna di trovare il suo ambiente preferito. La presenza dei nostri amici a quattro zampe - cavalli, asinelli, capre, galline, cani e gatti vi assicura che vi trovate veramente in una vera masseria. Vi piacerebbe una lezione di "mungitura di capre" o una passeggiata da pastore? Dall'orto biologico si possono assaggiare verdure, ortaggi vari di stagione, verdure selvatiche, erbe aromatiche, salsa di pomodori. In più produciamo l'olio d'oliva, ricotta e formaggio, olive e marmellate. Organizziamo cene su prenotazione e serate musicali con la musica tradizionale salentina, la "Pizzica". Durante i periodi di ferie la nostra CUCINA DEL MASSARO apre 2-3 volte alla settimana.

"Masseria Sant'Angelo" is situated at 16 km from the sea, in the heart of the "Grecìa Salentina" (the "greek part of Salento"), surrounded by an ancient olive grove at Corigliano d'Otranto, a historically interesting village with a beautiful antique part and the "Castello de' Monti" castle. The holiday farm offers 14 comfortable apartments and rooms (one apartment and one room are suitable for handicapped persons), all of them with verandas. The positioning of the accomodations and the and the wide green spaces offer the appropriate ambience for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday as well as for families with children. Horses, donkeys, goats, hens, cats and dogs will make sure you'll have a real farm holiday. Would you like to learn how to milk a goat or to have a walk with the shepherd? Vegetables, olive oil, ricotta, cheese, fig and orange marmelade, tomato sauce and olives are all from our organic farming. Taste the traditional and healthy dishes of our area, combined with some of our own recipes. On some evenings you can enjoy our live ethnic music "Pizzica"! We also organize Italian lessons... you'll see that it is much easier and nicer to study, sitting under an olive tree!
