Die Residence bietet 6 Bungalows mit Kochecke und Badezimmer. Die Zweizimmer-Bungalows für 2 Personen haben einen Wohnraum und ein Schlafzimmer, die Zweizimmer-Wohnungen für 4 Personen verfügen über eine Schlafcouch im Wohnraum und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Den Gästen der Anlage steht eine Münz-Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, sowie eine komfortable Badeanlage am Strand, mit Restaurant direkt am Meer. Die Lage der Residence ist besonders geeignet für Paraglyding.

Il Residence sorge a pochi chilometri dal centro di Peschici, in un’incantevole cornice paesaggistica. Da qui è infatti possibile godere un panorama mozzafiato, grazie all’eccezionale collocazione degli appartamenti, direttamente a picco sulla splendida Baia di Zaiana, che non ha perso quell’incredibile fascino selvaggio che l’ha sempre caratterizzata. Il Residence Zaiana offre alla sua clientela 6 comodi bungalow in muratura, tutti dotati di angolo cottura e servizi. Due le tipologie allestite: bilocale 2 letti, con cucina e camera matrimoniale, e bilocale 4 letti, che prevede soggiorno-pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale, e camera con letto matrimoniale. Gli ospiti del Residence potranno usufruire di servizi come lavatrice a gettone in comune e spiaggia privata convenzionata attrezzata con ogni comfort: ristorante direttamente in spiaggia, toilette e servizio doccia. La posizione del Residence è particolarmente adatta per praticare parapendio.

Just a few kilometres from the centre of Peschici, the Residence, surrounded by a breathtaking landscape, is situated on a cliff top overlooking the stunning Zaiana Bay with its' incredible wild charm. This pleasant resort offers accommodation in 6 self-catering bungalows, all simply but comfortably furnished. Each has a kitchen area, bathroom and space for an additional bed. Every apartment has its' own terrace with views to the sea or the pinewoods. There are two types of accommodation: studio apartment with kitchen area and bathroom (sleeps 2) and 1 twin/bunk bedroom, living room with a double sofa-bed, kitchen area and bathroom (sleeps 4). This conveniently located resort enjoys the use of a privately owned beach with beach restaurant. The position of the Residence is ideal for paraglyding.
