Die Anlage befindet sich auf einer natürlichen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Olivenhaine, am Rücken der Hügel des "Selva di Fasano"-Waldes. In der Gegend ist sie ein seltenes Beispiel für eine Meierei mit gemischter Architektur: eine Gruppe von Trullis mit Innenhof aus dem Ende des 17. Jahrhunderts, sowie Landhäuser aus dem 18. und 19. Jahrhundert. Auch heute betreibt  "Masseria Casaburo" noch eine aktive Landwirtschaft auf 27 ha mit jahrhundertealten Olivenhainen, Mandelbäumen und mediterranem Buschwald. Das Gästehaus bietet die Möglichkeit, entweder einen Aufenthalt der Art "Bed & Breakfast" zu buchen, oder nur das Apartment ohne Frühstücks-Service für die Gäste, die unabhängiger sein möchten. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit zwei Betten, Küche mit Kamin, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach und Herd, Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Haartrockner, Safe, Bettwäsche, Barbecue, Innen- und Aussendusche, sowie Heizung. Fernseher kostenlos auf Anfrage. Das Frühstück ist kontinentaler Art und wird in der Wohnung oder im Freien serviert; selbstverständlich werden auch Produkte aus eigener Produktion verwendet. Hastiere sind willkommen; auf Anfrage ist Dogsitting möglich.

La struttura si affaccia sul mare e su una distesa argentea di ulivi, alle spalle delle colline della Selva di Fasano. Nella zona è uno dei pochi esempi di masserie con architettura mista: un gruppo di trulli con una corte risalenti alla fine del 1600, il corpo principale, con la casa padronale al primo piano e la casa del massaro, risalenti al settecento e all'ottocento. Oggi "Masseria Casaburo" è ancora azienda agricola attiva con 27 ettari di ulivi secolari, mandorli e macchia mediterranea. La casa degli ospiti, per tipologia e ubicazione, consente un'offerta di bed and breakfast, o, se si preferisce più autonomia e indipendenza, il solo appartamento, ideale per una famiglia. L'appartamento dispone di 4 posti letto, frigo, congelatore, fornetto, lavatrice, phon, cassaforte, stoviglie, biancheria, barbecue, 2° doccia esterna e riscaldamento autonomo; la televisione non c‘è per scelta, a richiesta sarà fornita gratuitamente. La colazione, servita in appartamento o sul patio nella bella stagione, sarà di tipo continentale e non mancheranno i prodotti dell'azienda. Per gli animali, ben accetti, sono disponibili spazi per la custodia anche in vostra assenza.

Masseria Casaburo is situated on a natural terrace facing the sea and the silvery olive-yards, on the back the hills of the "Selva di Fasano" wood. In its' area it's one of the few examples of a mixed arechitecture: a group of trullis with a patio from 1600 and country houses from the 18th and 19th century. Today Masseria Casaburo has still an active organic agriculture, with 27 hectares of secular olive trees, almond trees and mediterranean bushland. The guesthouse offers the possibility to book bed and breakfast, or only accomodation in the apartment, without breakfast service for those who want to be independent. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with two beds, kitchen with fireplace, fridge, freezer and oven, bathroom, washing machine, barbecue, indoor and outdoor shower. TV on request free of charge. Continental breakfast is served in the apartment or on the patio; of course you will have the chance to taste our farm products. Pets are welcome and pet sitting is available on request.
