Die Anlage befindet sich in einem antiken Gebäude von besonderer historischer und architektonischer Bedeutung. Dank der besondere Bauart sind die Räumlichkeiten kühl und ruhig. "Palazzina d'Epoca" verfügt über zwei Ferienwohnungen, die sich auf zwei Stockwerken befinden. Eine Wohnung hat zwei grosse Schlafzimmer, einen Wohnraum und ein Bad, die andere zwei grosse und zwei kleinere Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, einen Wohnraum und eine kleine Kochecke. Jeder Wohnung bietet platz für 4-6 Personen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, kleine Gruppen oder Grossfamilien zu beherbergen. Die Anlage verfügt ausserdem über einen kleinen Garten. "Palazzina d`Epoca" befindet sich im Zentrum der Ortschaft, an der Strasse, die zum Badeort Marina di Ugento "Torre San Giovanni" führt. Sowohl der Küstenort als auch die Strände kann man inca. 5 Minuten erreichen. Dank der günstigen Lage ist das Haus ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den schönsten und bekanntesten Ortschaften des Salento, wie z.B. Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, Lecce, Otranto und Galatina.

Lo stabile è costituito da una palazzina d'epoca di particolare pregio storico-architettonico, ricavata da un'antica casa. La particolarità della costruzione rende gli ambienti freschi e silenziosi. La struttura dispone di due appartamenti collocati su due livelli. Uno è formato da due grandi camere da letto, soggiorno e bagno; l'altro da due grandi camere da letto, due stanzette, due bagni, soggiorno e piccolo angolo cottura. Ciascun appartamento può ospitare dalle quattro alle sei persone. Si possono ospitare ospitare anche piccoli gruppi di amici oppure famiglie numerose. "Palazzina d'Epoca" dispone anche di un piccolo spazio verde. La struttura è collocata al centro del paese, sulla via che conduce alla Marina di Ugento "Torre San Giovanni". Sia la Marina che le spiagge sono raggiungibili in circa 5 minuti. Grazie alla posizione strategica, la struttura è il posto di partenza ideale per visitare le località più suggestive del Salento, come Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, Lecce, Otranto e Galatina.

"Palazzina d'Epoca" is an antique building with particular historical and archtectonic relevance. Due to the particular architecture the rooms are fresh and quiet. The house has two apartments on two leverls. One has two big bedrooms, a living room with TV and a bathroom. The second one has two big and two smaller bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with TV and a small kitchenette. Every apartment is suitable for 4-6 persons. There's also the possibility to accomodate small groups or big families. "Palazzina d'Epoca" has also a small garden. It is situated in the town center, on the road that leads to the coastal village Marina di Ugento "Torre San Giovanni" and the equipped beaches, that can be reached in about 5 minutes. Due to its' position, the house is an ideal starting point for excursions to the most beautiful and famous places of the Salento, like Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, Lecce, Otranto and Galatina.
