Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb "Il Muto di Gallura" ist ein typisches Exemplar eines "Stazzo Gallurese", in der antiken Vergangenheit eine zu Wohn- und Produktionszwecken gegründete Siedlung, die übrigens auch heute noch die wesentliche Aufgabe hat, die vielen Produkte der örtlichen Landwirtschaft und der Viehzucht zu fördern. Der Betrieb liegt in der Gemeinde Aggius (SS), ca. 1 km vom Zentrum der Ortschaft und 4 km von Tempio Pausania entfernt. Die Anlage befindet sich in einer Höhe von 550 m über dem Meeresspiegel. Sie bietet den Gästen Unterkunft, sowie eine gesunde traditionelle Gastronomie, da hier schon seit Generationen Kühe, Schafe, Ziegen und anderes Vieh gezüchtet wird. Alle Produkte der Viehzucht und Landwirtschaft wie Käse, Wurst, Schinken, Fleisch im Allgemeinen, Gemüse in Öl oder Essig, sowie der Wein werden noch immer streng nach traditioneller Methode hergestellt. Unsere Produkte sind naturrein da die Landwirtschaft und Viehzucht auf biologischer Basis geführt werden. Den Gästen stehen komfortable Zimmer zur Verfügung, sowie behagliche Bungalows, die umgeben sind von einem Wald mit Korkeichen. Zur Auswahl stehen Halb- oder Vollpension. Die Anlage verfügt über einen Swimmingpool. Ausserdem wird bald das Wellnesszentrum mit Sauna, Whirlpool und Fitnessraum eröffnet.

"Il Muto di Gallura" è il tipico esempio di "Stazzo gallurese", insediamento abitativo e produttivo che basava nell'antichità remota, come del resto tuttora, la propria sussistenza ed economia su quanto prodotto in loco, attraverso le attività agricole e zootecniche. Situato nel comune di Aggius (SS) ad 1 Km. dal centro abitato ed a 4 Km. da Tempio Pausania, lo stazzo è dislocato a 550 m. di altezza sul livello del mare. Esso offre agli ospiti il pernottamento e una sana e tradizionale ristorazione poichè vi si allevano da generazioni mucche, pecore, capre, animali da cortile. Tutto ciò che si ricava dall'allevamento e dall'agricoltura viene qui trasformato in formaggi, salumi, prosciutti, verdure sott'olio e sott'aceto, vini e carni in genere che vengono lavorati seguendo rigorosamente i metodi tradizionali. I nostri prodotti sono genuini perchè derivano da un'agricoltura biologica che è alla base del nutrimento dei nostri animali. Le strutture che consentono il pernottamento dei visitatori comprendono camere confortevoli nel corpo centrale dello "Stazzu", oppure accoglienti casette in muratura, totalmente indipendenti, immerse in un bosco di querce da sughero. Si offrono trattamenti di mezza pensione e di pensione completa. Nella struttura è attualmente presente un'ampia piscina scoperta. E' in fase di realizzazione un centro benessere con sauna, idromassaggio e sala fitness.

"Il Muto di Gallura" is a typical ‘stazzo gallurese’; in the past as well as nowadays this settlements are based on agricultural activities and by the livestock's resources. Situated in the Aggius area, 1 Km from the center and 4 Km from Tempio Pausania, "Il Muto di Gallura" is situated at 500 meters above the sea level. The holiday farm offers lodging and traditional healthy food because from generations cows, goats, sheep and farm animals are raised here; everything we produce by agriculture is transformed in cheese, pork meats, ham, vegetables in oil and in vinegar, wine and meat. Our products are natural because they come from biological agriculture. The lodging of the visitors include comfortable rooms in the main building of the "Stazzu", or comfortable and rustic small houses, totally independent, placed in a forest of cork oaks. We offer half board and full board. The holiday farm is equipped with an open air swimming-pool. Soon it will also be available a wellness centre with sauna, whirlpool and fitness room.
