Villa Sauci befindet sich in der Nähe des herrlichen Zingaro-Naturreservats, nur 2,5 km von San Vito Lo Capo entfernt. Im oberen Stockwerk der Villa befindet sich ein schöner Aufenthaltsraum mit grossen Fensterfronten, von denen man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer, die Bucht "Cala Firriato" und den "Lago di Venere" hat. Von der Empfangshalle kommt man in drei Zimmer mit Meerblick im 2. Stock, die mit jeglichem Komfort und privatem Badezimmer ausgestattet sind. Die Junior Suiten im Parterre sind mit Kochecke und Terrasse ausgestattet. Einrichtungen und Service: grosser, baumbestandener Garten, Veranda mit Barbecue, Tischen und Stühlen, Sonnenterrasse, Swimmingpool, privater Parkplatz, Strandservice (auf Anfrage), Parkplatz in der Nähe des Strandes von San Vito Lo Capo; Klimaanlage, Sat-TV, Wi-Fi. Auf Anfrage: Transfer von/nach Trapani und/oder Palermo, Abende mit typisch sizilianischer Küche, Halbpension (in Restaurants, mit denen wir besondere Abkommen haben).

Villa Sauci si trova nelle vicinanze della splendida Riserva dello Zingaro, ad appena 2,5 Km da San Vito Lo Capo. Nel piano superiore della villa vi è una
elegante hall a vetrate dalle quali si gode un’incantevole vista sul mare e sulla scogliera di “Cala Firriato” e del “ Lago di Venere”. Dalla hall si accede alle tre camere vista mare del 2° piano, provviste di ogni comfort e di bagno privato. Le junior suites, situate al piano terra, sono dotate di angolo cottura e terrazza esterna arredata. Servizi: ampio giardino alberato, terrazza attrezzata con barbecue, tavoli e sedie, solarium, piscina attrezzata, parcheggio riservato, servizio spiaggia (su richiesta), servizio parcheggio in zona limitrofa alla spiaggia di San Vito Lo Capo; ambienti climatizzati, TV-Sat, Wi-Fi. Su richiesta: transfer da/per Trapani e/o Palermo, serate di cucina tipica siciliana, mezza pensione (nei ristoranti convenzionati).

Villa Sauci is located near the Zingaro Nature Reserve, at 2,5 km from San Vito Lo Capo. On the upper floor of the villa there's an elegant hall with a beautiful view on the sea, on the "Cala Firriato" creek and "Lago di Venere". From the hall you can reach the three elegant and comfortable rooms with sea view at the second floor, equipped with private bathroom and every kind of comfort. The junior suites on the ground floor are equipped with kitchenette and terrace. Facilities and service: wide garden with trees, terrace with barbecue, tables and chairs, sun terrace, swimming pool, private parking place, beach service (on request), parking place near the San Vito Lo Capo beach; air conditioning, Sat-TV, Wi-Fi. On request: transfer to/from Trapani and/or Palermo, dinners with typical sicilian dishes, half board (in our partner-restaurants).
