Hotel Insel Mozia befindet sich in Marsala, eine für ihre hervorragenden Likörweine weltweit bekannte Stadt, nahe dem Naturreservat "Riserva dello Stagnone". Der Name des Hotels kommt von "Mothia", eine kleine, antike Insel aus der Phoenizierzeit, im Herzen einer Lagune gelegen und entweder mit einem Boot oder bei niedrigem Wasserstand zu Fuss über eine antike Unterwasserstrasse zu erreichen, die über 1000 Janre alt ist. Die Zimmer des Hotels verfügen über privates Bad mit Haartrockner, Minibar, TV, Safe und Klimaanlage. Weitere Einrichtungen und Service: Swimmingpool, Konferenzraum und ein spezielles Abkommen mit dem Restaurant, das sich direkt neben de Anlage befindet. Wir bieten ausserdem einen Shuttlebus an, der Sie zu den Flughäfen von Marsala oder Palermo bringt. Wir befinden uns ca. 4 km entfernt vom Flughafen Vincenzo Florio in Trapani Birgi, 500 Meter vom Salzmuseum "Ettore Infersa" (von wo aus man mit kleinen Booten zur Insel Mothia übersetzen kann) und ca 6 km entfernt von Marsala, einer archäologischen und historisch interessanten Stadt, die mit einem Bus zu erreichen ist.

La struttura prende il nome da Mothia, antico isolotto di origini fenicie nel cuore della laguna e raggiungibile in barca o a piedi, nei periodi di bassa marea, attraverso una strada subacquea di origini millenarie. Le camere dispongono di bagno privato, phon, frigobar, televisione, cassaforte e aria condizionata. Altri servizi: piscina, sala conferenze, ristorante convenzionato. Su richiesta, a pagamento, è disponibile un servizio navetta da e per gli aeroporti di Marsala e Palermo. Siamo infatti distanti 4 km dall’aeroporto Vincenzo Florio di Trapani Birgi, 500 metri dal museo del sale e dalle saline Ettore Infersa (da cui partono i traghetti per l’Isola di Mothia), e 6 km da Marsala, città archeologicamente e storicamente molto interessante collegata tramite bus navetta.

"Mozia" comes from Mothia, an ancient little Phoenician island situated in the centre of the lagoon. The island can be easily reached by boat or, when the tide is low, walking along a very old underwater road. The rooms are comfortably furnished with private bathroom and hairdryer, bar fridge, TV, safe and air conditioning.  Other services: swimming pool, conference hall and special conditions with the restaurant next to the hotel. Shuttle service from and to the airports in Marsala "Vincenzo Florio" and Palermo "Falcone Borsellino".
