Das Landgut liegt vor den Uccellina-Hügeln des Maremma Naturparks, ca. 10 Km. von Grosseto entfernt. Die Apartments verfügen über ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett (auf Wunsch kann ein Einzelbett beigestellt werden), ein Badezimmer und einen Wohnraum mit gut ausgestatteter Kochnische. Die Zimmer verfügen ein Doppelbett, auch hier kann ein Einzelbett beigestellt werden, sowie über ein Badezimmer. Das Frühstück wird im neuen Frühstücksraum serviert; es ist für alle Gäste, die Zimmer buchen, vorgesehen, steht aber auf Anfrage auch den Gästen in den Apartments zur Verfügung. Wir verwenden ausschliesslich Produkte aus eigener Produktion, wie z. B. die beliebten Kuchen und Kekse. Die grossen Gärten, die das Landgut umgeben, bieten viele ruhige Ecken, in denen man ein Buchlesen oder grillen und dann unter einem Pavillon oder im Schatten der Olivenbäume zu essen kann. Die Anlage verfügt ausserdem über einen schönen Swimming-Pool mitten im Grünen.

L'agriturismo si trova davanti alle colline dell'Uccellina del Parco Naturale della Maremma a circa 10 Km a Sud di Grosseto. Gli appartamenti sono costituiti da una camera matrimoniale nella quale è possibile avere anche un letto singolo, il bagno e un soggiorno con angolo cottura dotato di stoviglie e accessori vari. Le camere sono matrimoniali con possibilità di letto supplementare con servizi privati. A disposizione degli ospiti una nuova saletta per le colazioni, previste per chi soggiorna in camera, ma preparate per chiunque ne faccia richiesta anche se in appartamento. Tutto ciò che viene servito è prodotto in azienda, come gli apprezzati dolci e biscotti. Gli ampi giardini intorno all'agriturismo offrono zone relax ideali per la lettura di un libro oppure per prepararsi un pranzo davanti al barbecue e gustarselo all'ombra di un gazebo o sotto gli olivi. La struttura dispone inoltre di una bella piscina in mezzo al verde.

The resort is located in front of the Uccellina hills in the Maremma Natural Park, at ca. 10 km in the south of Grosseto. The apartments have a double room withthe possibility to add a single bed, a bathroom and a living room with well equipped kitchenette. The rooms have a double bed with the possibility to ad an extra bed, and a bathroom. Breakfast is served in the new breakfast lounge; it is available for the guests boarded in rooms but also on request for those who are lodged in the apartments. All that is served is self produced, like cakes and cookies. The wide gardens around the complex offer relaxing areas ideal for reading a book or for preparing a meal with the barbecue, that you can eat in the shade of a gazebo or the olive trees. The resort has also a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by the green nature.
