Die biologische Landwitschaft "La Cotevilla" erstreckt sich über ca. 5 ha Land, in dessen Mitte sich die Gebäude des Agritourismus befinden. La Cortevilla liegt am Fusse des mittelalterlichen Weilers von Suvereto, zum Meer hin, umgeben von Wiesen und Feldern. Die Gegend ist besonders ruhig, da sich keine befahrenen Strassen in der Nähe befinden. Die beiden Doppelzimmer mit privatem Bad befinden sich im ersten Stock eines typischen, antiken Landhauses, das liebevoll restauriert wurde. Von den Zimmern aus geniesst man einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft und das Dorf. Dank der Einrichtung und der charakteristischen Architektur vermitteln sie eine gemütliche und gleichzeitig komfortable Atmosphäre. Morgens wird ein reiches Frühstück mit vielen biologischen Produkten serviert. Die Anlage ist umgeben von 7000 qm Garten, der vollkommen umzäunt ist.

L'azienda agricola biologica "La Cortevilla" è costituita da un podere di circa cinque ettari, che si sviluppano attorno agli immobili di proprietà. Si trova ai piedi del borgo medievale di Suvereto, verso il mare, in aperta campagna, in una zona tranquilla per la totale mancanza di transito veicolare. In un antico e tipico casale in pietra, finemente ristrutturato, gli ospiti vengono alloggiati in camere matrimoniali, indipendenti e con bagno. L'arredamento e la tipica struttura con tetto a vista rendono l'ambiente caldo e confortevole. Attualmente le camere disponibili sono due, entrambe al primo piano, con vista sulla campagna e il paese. Alla mattina viene servita una ricca prima colazione a base di prodotti biologici. Il casale è circondato da un grande giardino di 7.000 mq, attrezzato e interamente recintato.

The country houses of the organic holiday farm "La Cortevilla" are surrounded by 5 ha of land. La Cortevilla is situated near the medieval village Suvereto, towards the sea and in the middle of the nature. The area is partucularly tranquil, because there's no traffic in the surroundings. The two double rooms with private bathroom are on the first floor of a typical, antique farmhouse that has been renovated with care. The rooms offer a beautiful view on the surrounding landscape and the village. The furniture and the characteristic architecture create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. In the morning a rich breakfast with organic products is served. The country house is surrounded by a fenced garden of 7000 sqm.
