Mogginano befindet sich im Gebiet des toskanischen Tiber-Tals, in der Provinz von Arezzo, auf 700 m Höhe. Mogginano ist ein kleiner Weiler, der nur von den Personen bewohnt wird, die in der ca. 500 ha grossen Landwirtschaft arbeiten. Die Landschaft und das natürliche Ambiente sind typisch für das toskanische Hügelgebiet, mit Wäldern und grossen Wiesen, auf denen Rinder, Schafe und die Reitpferde weiden. In der Mitte des Weilers, in einer antiken Kapelle aus dem Jahre 1600, wurde ein kleines Restaurant eingerichtet: hier kann man Abends die Gerichte der traditionellen Bauernküche geniessen, mit typischen toskanischen Gerichten, die Niccolò mit den biologischen Produkten der Landwirtschaft zubereitet. Die Landhäuser auf den Hügeln sind voneinender unabhängig und verfügen über einen privaten Garten; sie befinden sich in besonders malerischen Ecken und sind zwischen 600 und 900 m von der Landwirtschaft entfernt. In ihrem Inneren haben sie alle Fussböden aus Terracotta, sowie Decken mit Holzbalken; sie verfügen über einen Wohnraum mit offenem Kamin, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, eine gut ausgestatteten Küche, Bettwäsche und autonome Heizung.

Mogginano si trova nella Valtiberina toscana, in provincia di Arezzo, a 700 mt. di altitudine. E' un piccolo borghetto abitato solamente dalle persone che lavorano nella Fattoria estesa su circa 500 ettari di terreno. Il paesaggio e l'ambiente naturale sono quelli tipici dell'alta collina con boschi ed ampi prati dove pascolano bovini, pecore ed i cavalli per l'equitazione. Al centro del borgo, nell'antica chiesina del 1600, è stato creato un piccolo ristorantino: qui la sera si possono gustare i sapori della squisita cucina casalinga di Niccolò, con piatti tipici toscani a base dei prodotti biologici della Fattoria. Le case coloniche al centro della Fattoria sono più vicine al laghetto e alla "chiesina", sono anch'esse in pietra, tra loro indipendenti, con giardino privato. Al loro interno hanno i pavimenti in cotto e le travi di legno a vista e ciascuna è composta dal soggiorno con camino, le camere da letto, il bagno, la cucina con stoviglieria, biancheria e riscaldamento autonomo.

Mogginano is a tiny hamlet inhabited exclusively by those who work on the farm. It is situated in Tuscany in the borough of Pieve Santo Stefano in the Arezzo province in high hill surroundings in the Appenines on the borders of Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna. The farm consists of about 500 hectares of farmland with pastures, meadows and woods. The landscape and natural surroundings are typical of high hill areas with woods and extensive meadows where we raise 200 head of cattle of the famous Chianina breed; sheep for the specialised production of pecorino sheep’s cheese; and horses for riding. We have made a little restaurant out of a 16th century chapel in the centre of the hamlet. In the evening you can come here to sample the taste of Niccolò's delicious home cooking, with typical Tuscan dishes based on our own biological produce. All the farmhouses are placed in particularly picturesque spots on the farm. These homes, have a kitchen completely equipped, a dining room, a living room with fire place and different number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Each one of these have a private garden with table and chairs.
