Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb Rosaspina befindet sich in den grünen Hügeln der Toskana, zwischen dem mittelalterlichen Capalbio und den Küsten des Monte Argentario. Ein Land berühmt in der ganzen Welt, wo Schönheiten der Natur, wie die Oasen des WWF von Burano und der Naturpark Maremma, zusammen mit den antiken romanischen Ruinen von Cosa und Roselle. Das ländliche Gebäude, 1999 restauriert, beherbergt 8 Doppelzimmer und 2 Einzelzimmer alle mit privatem Badezimmer. Alle Zimmer sind groß und luftig, und möbliert mit Möbeln welche von lokalen Künstlern aus Kastanienholz angefertigt wurden. Die Zimmer mit allen Komforts, Klimaanlage, Heizung, Telefon und Fernseher, sind nicht im Kontrast mit einem Urlaub welcher die Menschen wieder näher an die Natur bringt, sondern helfen den Menschen eher mit diesem Vorhaben. Der Esssaal ist an das Haupthaus angeschlossen und erlaubt einem die verschiedenen Produkte der Region als reiches Frühstücksbuffet zu genießen. Je nach Nachfrage gibt es auch ein biologisches Frühstück, welches Sie an das natürliche Essen erinnern soll, das fast vergessen ist. Die Anlage verfügt über Swimmingpool (geöffnet von April bis Oktober), einen kleinen See, Einrichtung zum Bogenschiessen, Mountain-Bikes, Ping-Pong, Kinderspiele; ausserdem werden Führungen innerhalb des landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben angeboten, sowie Ausflüge in die Natur und Jogakurse (auf Anfrage und mit Mindestteilnehmerzahl).

L'Agriturismo Rosaspina è immerso nel verde della maremma Toscana, presso il borgo di Capalbio e le prestigiose coste dell'Argentario. Un territorio famoso nel mondo dove le bellezze naturali, quali le oasi del WWF di Burano ed il Parco naturale della Maremma, si fondono alle antiche rovine romane di Cosa e Roselle. L'Agriturismo Rosaspina accoglie i suoi ospiti in 10 camere "classic", 2 camere e 4 appartamenti "superior". La foresteria, nell'adiacente casa padronale, permette di assaporare, nelle varie e ricche colazioni a buffet, i prodotti genuini e tipici della nostra regione. L'agriturismo Rosaspina offre la possibilità ai suoi ospiti di trascorrere la vacanza in modo salutare e rilassante, oltre ad offrire la possibilità di conoscere il mondo rurale, per chi lo desidera, più da vicino. Piscina 6 x 15 metri aperta da aprile a ottobre. Lago di 3 ettari per romantiche passeggiate, nelle notti d'estate, in compagnia di lucciole e grilli. Tiro con l'arco, Mountain bikes, ping pong, giochi per bambini, visite guidate all'azienda agricola, percorso naturalistico per conoscere la flora locale, corsi di yoga su richiesta e con un minimo numero di partecipanti.

Agriturismo Rosaspina is surrounded by the green of Maremma Toscana, near the village of Capalbio and the prestigious beaches of Argentario. A world famous territory where natural beauties such as WWF refuge of Burano and the Maremma natural reserve, blend together with the ancient Roman ruins of Cosa and Roselle. The rural building, restored during 1999, is composed of 8 double rooms and two single rooms all with private bathroom. All the rooms, large and cool, have furniture made by locals artisan in chestnut wood. The modern comforts, such as air conditioning-heating, telephone and television, are not in contrast with a vacation which will get man closer to nature again, but on the contrary they will help him on this course. The breakfast-room, located in the nearby main estate, will allow you to taste, during the rich buffet-breakfast, the genuine typical products of our region. At request you will have your breakfast prepared only with organic products, to remind you the almost forgotten natural flavours. Joyful out door dinners with pizzas made in the original wood oven or with country style barbeques, will create an unforgettable atmosphere in your summer evenings….to spend some days out of the world!
