Borgo Spante ist ein antiker Weiler, der auf 650 Metern Höhe auf den Hügeln des Monte Peglia (Umbrien) liegt, umgeben vom Grün der Pinienhaine und Eichenwälder. Die Anlage verfügt über geräumige Zimmer und Wohnungen mit Wohnraum, offenem Kamin, Küche oder Kochnische, Schlafzimmer mit zwei oder drei Bettem und privatem Bad. Borgo Spante befindet sich in einem natürlichen Ambiente, das reich ist an hinreissenden Ecken von aussergewöhnlicher landschaftlicher Schönheit. Von den Fenstern der Unterkünfte sieht man das Haupthaus, den Park, den Garten in italienischem Stil, den von Steineichen gesäumten Weg, den Glockenturm und die kleine Kapelle der "Madonna des Friedens". Die Haustiere unserer Gäste sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Tiere spielen bei Borgo Spante die Hautrolle, da wir davon überzeugt sind, dass jede Kreatur es verdient, vertanden und respektiert zu werden und dass die Beziehung zwischen Mensch und Tier einen wichtigen Bestandteil unseres Lebens darstellt.

Borgo Spante è un antico borgo rurale situato a 650 m di altezza, alle pendici del Monte Peglia (Umbria), immerso nel verde profondo delle pinete e dei boschi di querce. A Borgo Spante trovate camere e appartamenti indipendenti, spaziosi, dotati di soggiorno, caminetto, cucina o angolo cottura, camere da letto a due o tre letti e bagno privato. L'agriturismo si inserisce in un contesto ambientale ricco di suggestioni e di angoli che permettono diversi spazi di incontro e riunione. La villa padronale, il parco, il giardino all'italiana, il viale dei lecci che conduce all'antico roccolo, la torre campanaria e la piccola cappella della Madonna della Pace sono le immagini che appaiono affacciandosi alle finestre delle camere e degli appartamenti. Gli ospiti possono portare in vacanza i loro amici a quattro zampe, sicuri che saranno graditi e coccolati. Gli animali, infatti, sono i veri e indiscussi padroni di casa a Borgo Spante, in quanto siamo convinti che ogni creatura vada ascoltata e rispettata e che il rapporto tra uomini e animali rappresenti una componente essenziale della vita.

Borgo Spante is an ancient rural domain set at 650 metres on the slopes of Mount Peglia (Umbria) and immersed in the beautiful greenery of a pine forests and oak woods. At Borgo Spante you will find independent rooms and spacious apartments with lounge, open fireplace, kitchen or cooking corner, bedrooms with two or three beds and en-suite bathroom.The holiday farm fits naturally into an environmental setting that is endlessly fascinating and richly provided with charming scenery and all sorts of corners for informal meetings and reunions. The owners' villa, the park, the italian garden, the avenue of holm oaks leading to Roccolo – the former bird snare clearing encircled by trees – the bell tower and the little Chapel of the Madonna of Peace, these are the scenes that meet your eye when you lean out of the windows of the rooms and apartments created by restructuring the former farmhouses that form a square around the villa and the old stables. Our guests’ pets are very welcome. Animals have a special importance at Borgo Spante, because we think that every creature must be understood and respected and that the relationship between humans and animals is an essential component of our lifes.
