Ganz in der Nähe des Trasimener Sees, umgeben von den Olivenhainen der umbrischen Landschaft, befindet sich das antike Landhaus, welches invollkommener Harmonie mit der umliegenden Landschaft renoviert wurde. Dank der günstigen Lage kann man die bedeutendsten Ziele Umbriens und der Toskana im Umkreis von ca. 30 km erreichen. Einrichtungen und Service: Swimming-Pool, Mountain-Bikes, Bereich im Freien mit Barbecue und Holzofen für Abendessen im Freien, Produktion von extravergine Olivenöl. Die 11 Apartments können 2-7 Personen pro Wohneinheit beherbergen; sie sind mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, TV, Safe und Internetzugang) und verfügen über gut ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen und Kühlschrank, offenen Kamin und Badezimmer. Auf Anfrage werden Koch- oder Sprachkurse durchgeführt. Bettwäsche steht zur Verfügung und wird einmal pro Woche gewechselt. Es steht ausserdem eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.

Alle spalle del lago Trasimeno, immerso negli ulivi della campagna umbra, sorge l’antico casolare, in pietra a vista, ristrutturato in totale armonia con lo splendido paesaggio circostante. Grazie alla felice posizione è possibile raggiungere le più importanti mete turistiche e religiose dell'Umbria e della Toscana nel raggio di circa trenta chilometri. Servizi: piscina, mountain bike, un'area comune attrezzata con barbecue e forno a legna per cene all’aperto, produzione di olio d'oliva extra vergine. Gli 11 appartamenti sono in grado di ospitare da due a sette persone. Dotati di ogni comfort (aria condizionata, tv, telefono, cassaforte ed attacco internet) ciascun appartamento è completamente autonomo dall'altro e dispone di cucina attrezzata, con angolo cottura, forno, frigorifero, caminetto e servizi. Su richiesta si effettuano corsi di cucina e di lingua. La biancheria viene fornita in loco e il servizio lavanderia viene effettuato settimanalmente; a disposizione anche un'area apposita per l'uso lavatrice.

The antique country house is close to the Trasimeno lake and surrounded by olive groves; it has been renovated in absolute harmony with the surrounding landscape. Due to the ideal position, it is possible to reach the most important places of Umbria and Tuscany within about 30 km. Facilities and service: swimming pool, mountain bikes, external area with barbecue and wood oven for outdoor dinners, production of extra vergine olive oil. Each of the 11 apartments can host from 2 to 7 guests; they are equipped with every kind of comfort (air conditioning, TV, safe and Internet access) and furnished with a very well equipped kitchen with oven and fridge, fireplace and bathroom. On request we organize cooking and language courses. Bedlinnen is furnished and changed once a week. There's a washing machine at the disposal of our guests.
