Il Cucciolo ist ein biologischer Betrieb mit 25 ha Wiesen, Feldern und Wald, wo 4 Landhäuser von einem typisch umbrischen Hügel auf die umliegende Landschaft blicken. Wir vermieten Ferienwohnugen verschiedener Grössen, von denen aus man einen hinreissenden Blick auf zwei mittelalterliche Schlösser hat. Die Anlage bietet Platz für bis zu 20 Gäste. Für Gruppen, welche dieselben Interessen teilen, werden Kurse, Ausflüge und Seminare organisiert, wie z.B.: Schriftstellerei, Musik, Malerei, Italienisch- oder Englischkurse, wissenschaftliche Meetings, sowie Yoga- oder Kochkurse. Ausser dem Garten, der die Wohnhäuser umgibt, wurde ein Hektar Land eingezäunt und in einen Terrasen-Garten verwandelt. Sie können am Ufer eines kleinen Sees in unserem Wald relaxen und Ihre Hunde dort schwimmen lassen. Sie selbst können im Swimming-Pool baden. Bei den Häusern befindet sich auch die "Limonaia", ein überdachtes Bauwerk aus Stein und Glas, in dem wir im Winter unsere Zitronenbäume unterstellen. In diesem Gemeinschaftsraum befindet sich eine Bibliothek mit Büchern in italienischer, englischer, französischer und deutscher Sprache, sowie zahlreiche Spiele für Gross und Klein. Hier wird im Sommer auch das Frühstück serviert.

Il Cucciolo è un agriturismo biologico di 25 ettari tra campi e bosco, dove quattro case in pietra si affacciano da una tipica collina umbra. Affittiamo appartamenti di diverse dimensioni, dai quali poter godere della vista di due Castelli Medievali. La struttura può ospitare fino a venti persone. In alcuni periodi dell'anno si organizzano visite di gruppo a tema per chi vuole dedicarsi a scrivere, a seguire corsi di pittura, di musica o di yoga, o a parlare di scienza piuttosto che di cucina. Oltre al giardino che circonda le case, circa un ettaro della proprietà è stato recintato e trasformato in un giardino a terrazze. Potrete rilassarvi sulla riva di un laghetto nel nostro bosco, dove pescare o far nuotare il vostro cane, oppure potrete nuotare voi stessi nella piscina. Al centro delle case c'è la "Limonaia", una struttura al coperto, dove ripariamo i limoni in inverno. E' uno spazio comune dove potrete trovare una biblioteca in diverse lingue (Italiano, Inglese, Francese, Tedesco) e tanti giochi da tavolo per adulti o bambini. E' anche l'ambiente dove d'estate viene servita la colazione.

Il Cucciolo is a 25 hectare organic farm with four stone houses on top of an Umbrian hill. We rent apartments of different sizes with incredible views of two Medieval Castles. All combined, our space can accomodate a party of up to 20 guests. For groups of people who share the same interest we organize weekly thematic visits: writing seminars, music weeks, painting classes, Italian or English classes, yoga retreats, science meetings or cooking classes. We have 300 meters of fenced in garden, its three terraces connected by stone staircases and resting areas. Relax at our lake where you can sunbathe, fish or let the dog have a swim. Enjoy our swimming pool (36' x 18') with a good book, heavy eyelids or a desire to bronze. Our common space is called the "Limonaia", a glassed in stone building where we keep the lemone trees in the winter. There you will find a multi lingual library (English, Italian, French and German) as well as dozens of board and card games of every kind. During the summer, we also serve breakfast here.
