Der Agritrosciole liegt im Zentrum Umbriens, innerhalb des Dreiecks, das von den Städten Todi, Assisi, und Spoleto geformt ist, ein idealer Ort für jemand, der die Ruhe und das Grüne der Landschaft liebt, vereint mit der Möglichkeit, sportliche Aktivitäten zu betreiben und antike geschichtliche Orte zu besuchen, die in der Nähe liegen und leicht erreichbar sind,da der Agritourismus gut verbunden ist mit den Hauptverkehrsstrassen. Aus dem alten Landhaus hat man entzückende Wohnungen gewonnen, die nach originellen Charakteristiken renoviert worden sind, so dass der ganze Charme des typischen umbrischen Stils unverändert erhalten geblieben ist. Die Balken sind sichtbar, der Boden ist aus Terracotta, der Kamin ist aus lokalen Backsteinen gebaut, die Einrichtung besteht aus antiken und rustikalen Möbeln, das Ganze, um unseren Gästen einen angenehmen und auserlesenen Aufenthalt anzubieten.

L'Agriturismo Trosciole si trova nella zona centrale dell' Umbria, in una tenuta di oltre 30 ettari a circa 650 mt di altitudine, nelle vicinanze delle città di Todi, Assisi e Spoleto, nel magnifico scenario dei Monti Martani, boschi sempre verdi di lecci e pini d'Aleppo, pittoreschi castelli, antiche abbazie e resti romani. Ideale per chi ama la quiete ed il verde della campagna unita alla possibilità di fare attività sportive o visitare antichi centri storici, facilmente raggiungibili grazie al collegamento con le principali vie di comunicazione. Un luogo solitario e distante ma non isolato. Nel vecchio casale di campagna sono ricavati deliziosi appartamenti ristrutturati rispettando le caratteristiche originali in modo da mantenere inalterato tutto il fascino dello stile tipicamente umbro. Le travi sono a vista, il pavimento in cotto, il caminetto realizzato con mattoncini del luogo, l'arredamento è realizzato con antichi mobili rustici, il tutto per offrire ai nostri ospiti un soggiorno piacevole e raffinato.
