Le camere sono munite di servizi autonomi, aria condizionata e TV color. La prima colazione è a buffet e viene servita nel soggiorno comune. Servizi: parcheggio privato all'interno della struttura custodito da cancello automatizzato, parco giochi per bambini, pulizia finale e riassetto delle camere, aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, angolo cottura ad uso comune. Ammessi animali di piccola taglia. La posizione strategica della struttura  fornisce agevoli e veloci spostamenti da e per le maggiori località turistiche umbre.

It is completely surrounded by the typical, green nature of the region and offers a beautiful view on the landscape. The rooms are equipped with private bathroom, air-conditioning and TV. The buffet breakfast is served in the common dining-room. Services: private parking place with automatic gate, playground for children, cleaning of the roooms and final cleaning, air conditioning in all rooms, kitchenette at the disposal of our guests.
