Unser B&B befindet sich mitten im Grünen der umbrisch-toskanischen Landschaft, auf den grünen Hügeln des Trasimener Sees. Wir befinden uns in zentraler Lage zwischen den bedeutendsten Kunststädten der Gegend: Cortona ist 6 km entfernt; im Umkreis zwischen 30 und 90 Kilometern befinden sich Perugia, De Ruta, Assisi, Siena, Montalcino, Santantimo mit der berühmten Abtei, Monte Oliveto, Arezzo Firenze uvm. Nur 12 km ist der Trasimener See mit seinen drei wundervollen Inseln entfernt.Von unserem B&B aus können Trekkung-Fans zu Fuss an den See gelangen, über einen Weg durch den Wald, der bis auf den Gipfel eines Hügels führt und dann hinunter zum Strand von Tuoro. Die Anlage verfügt über Ein- und Zweizimmerwohnungen mit Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche, Kochecke und Wohnraum (in den Zweizimmer-Wohnungen).

Il nostro B&B è situato in mezzo al verde della campagna umbro-toscana con attorno le verdi colline del Trasimeno. Siamo in una posizione centrale frà città importanti per l’arte, la cultura, l'antiquariato, le ceramiche, il paesaggio e per la gastronomia: la più vicina è Cortona, a soli 6 chilometri; nel raggio di 30-90 chilometri troviamo Perugia, De Ruta, Assisi, Siena, Montalcino, Santantimo con la sua famosa Abbazia, Monte Oliveto, Arezzo Firenze ed altre. A soli 12 chilometri troviamo il Lago Trasimeno con le sue tre bellissime isole. Dal nostro B&B gli amanti del trekking possono arrivare a piedi al lago percorrendo una strada che passa in mezzo al bosco fino in cima ad una collina per poi discendere verso la spiaggia del lido di Tuoro. La struttura dispone di mono e bilocali con camera da letto, bagno con doccia, angolo cottura e soggiorno (nei bilocali).

Our B&B is situated in the wonderful nature of the umbrian-tuscan landscape, on the green hills around the Trasimeno lake. We're situated in a central position between the most important artistic and cultural sites of the area: Cortona is only 6 km away; in an area between 30 and 90 km there are Perugia, De Ruta, Assisi, Siena, Montalcino, Santantimo, Monte Oliveto, Arezzo Firenze and much more. At only 12 km there's the Trasimeno Lake with its' beautiful 3 islands. Those who love trekking can reach the lake on a path that leads through the forest on the top of a hill and then to the beach of Tuoro. The B&B has apartments with one or two rooms, with bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and living room (in the two room apartments).
